Creating beautiful music is an essential part of my life and how I give back to the world. These recordings captured some of my favorite musical memories, and I'm delighted to share them here.
I strive to perform music that is exciting, important, and moving. I especially make an effort to perform music of composers from classically under-represented categories, including people of color, LGBTQ composers, and female composers. I am an ambitious improviser, and I love to use my training and skills in improvisation to add never-before-heard music to my programs. My concerts are well-balanced, with music that can be appreciated by all. I believe that learning new things is important, and my concerts always include context and background for the music to better connect with the listener. I ensure that historic music is performed with informed performance practice techniques to accurately recreate the sounds of the past.
